Butter Chicken Curry

I made Butter Chiken Curry for dinner. It's easy to make so please try it!

Ingredients:

Chiken thigh (300g)
Onion (1)
Butter (30g)
Diced tomato (400g
Water (50cc)
Chicken boullion powder (1 teaspoon)
Milk (4 tablespoons)
Salt
Papper
White rice

Seasoning:
Plain yogurt (100g)
Ginger paste (2 teaspoons)
Garlic paste (2 teaspoons)
Curry powder (2 tablespoons)

Directions:
Mince an onion.
Cut chiken thigh.
Marinate chicken thigh in plain yorgurt, grated ginger, grated garlic and curry powder.
Let it sit for 20 minutes.
Put butter into a pan and heat it up.
Add onion, diced tomato and chiken thigh.
Add water, chiken boullion powder and stew it on low haet for 15 minutes.
Add salt and papper.

  1. It looks good! and it's just simple step only! I think I can cook the curry without the recipe once I see it. I always cook the same curry, so it's something boring anymore. I think I need accent on curry, so this is great for me. Thanks for the sharing!!
